Q: How many meters long slats can you produce at most?

We can produce a slat of a maximum length of 3000 mm.

Q: How wide is a fence element?

Aluminum fence elements: 30 mm, 50 mm, 107 mm or 151 mm. Steel fence elements are 106.5 mm wide. You can find more information on the fence technology page.

Q: Where can I/can't I use the caps?

You can ONLY use the caps on top of the slats for vertical installation in the case of STEEL slats!

Q: Can I attach the clicks to an angle iron?

If the material thickness of the angle iron on the closed section is more than 2 mm, the click will slide off it.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be produced?

The production deadline may vary depending on the period of the year, the current order stock, the quantity and color of a given order. Therefore, we can specify the commitment deadline individually during the offer and order.

Q: Why doesn't the price of the fence elements change proportionally with the length?

The production and painting of shorter elements, in the case of wood-effect color, the surface treatment requires a different process as the length changes. The production of longer elements requires different technology, machines, tools and more human labor for all the production steps.

Q: How long can a fence element be?

Aluminum elements are manufactured and painted in fixed sizes. The 1.7m, 2m, 2.5m or 3m pieces must be cut to size during assembly. We manufacture steel fence elements individually from 650 mm to 3 m long.

Q: Can the fence slat be cut?

Aluminum fence elements can be cut and will not rust later. However, steel fence elements are made to measure, if the surface treated element is cut, it will rust.

Q: How much should I leave for the fence fields, per page?

The dimensions must be calculated in such a way that the middle of the fence, i.e. the field, does not come into contact with the post even after paving. Leave at least 1-1 cm on each side, 5 cm from the bottom of the plinth.

Q: How much does the survey cost?

Currently in Budapest, Siófok and Debrecen it is HUF 10,000. Depending on the distance from our showrooms, it can be HUF 15,000 or HUF 25,000. Ask our colleagues for exact fees.

* Electrostatic powder coating, also known as sintering, is a further development of an earlier technology. The aim of the method is to make the coating more durable, and it is a much more environmentally friendly process than solvent painting. The essence of the procedure is that the plastic, which is polyester or epoxy-polyester, is electrostatically charged, and the metal object attracts the plastic. The layer thickness can be controlled using the electrostatic powder spraying technique. During powder painting, electrostatic powder spraying, and sintering, the powder is charged and the workpiece is finished. Metal actually attracts paint dust. The dust that does not adhere to the metal surface is usually sucked up with an extraction device, which is separated by a cyclone and can be reused, thus resulting in a loss-free use.
